Call For Photos
Parks and Recreation has requested wildlife, general photos taken in City Parks for a recreation guide book. They especially want photos taken in the preserve area of Shane Kelly Park, but any other city park photos will be provided to them for their use. If you have some or would like to take photos please email the club.

2016 will soon be just a memory. My thanks to our members for all the club has accomplished this year. Without your help we could not have covered 54 events, two showings at the Farmers Market, changing photos in city hall, field trips and numerous meetings. To everyone who volunteered and photographed an event or manned a table, who came to meetings and shared your photos, entered photos into our selection process or showed your work at the farmers market, thank you for sharing your time and your talent. You are what makes this a great club.
I know that, with your continued support, 2017 will be the best year yet for the Oviedo Photo Club. May your holidays and the upcoming year be filled with friendship and may all your photos be in focus.

Photo Review & How do I fix this?
For our meeting bring 5-7 pictures taken over the holidays or at recent club events. Please make sure they are the only photos on your thumb drive or they are in a folder that our projectionist will know are what you want shown.
If you would like, you may also bring ONE photo (in a separate folder) that you think needs tweaking. While not everyone uses Lightroom or Photoshop, the theory behind correcting contrast, exposure and other fixes is the same whatever program you use or plan to acquire.

Please remember Zenfolio Assistance is only an email away. If you have any questions or need help with anything on or about Zenfolio please email the club. We will put you in touch with someone familiar with the program who can walk you through creating personal public and non-public galleries for your personal and event photos, uploading your photos to your galleries, renaming your photos and changing the copyright in Zenfolio. Once you have your event photos in one of your personal non-public galleries we can help you with how to select photos to copy into the public event gallery. Please remember you may create as many groups and galleries as you'd like in your group folders but please do not add any groups or galleries to the public event or field trip galleries.
